Great subject, perfect opportunity to produce an image showing pride. I would have liked to see a little more focus (clarity) in the shot. I know it is very difficult under the lighting you had - and hey I rarely get it right. It would, in this case, have made the difference to me.
Thee composition of this is pretty good. would have been great if you could have gotten on the field, or gone to a practice and had them pose, you on the ground looking up to increase the sense of height. all of the cheerleaders ar fuzzy though, seems like the camera focused on the background? or maybe this was an extreme crop? digital zoom? also there is a dark halo around them that makes thngs look slightly off. hope this was helpful, keep trying.
Promising pose but the image itself looks as if it were blown up past its proportional ability, giving it a distorted appearance and losing all detail in the faces.
