I like the grain, I like the softness. I would like to see somewhat sharper eyes.

I really like the stark white, almost like she's poking her head through the paper - for that I would suggest cloning out the tie grommet dealy-bob-doo-hicky thing.

And maybe a wee bit more tonal range on the skin.

Overall I like, nice job :)

Lovely yes. But her expression says "Are we done yet??" :)
Focus could be sharper for my tastes but you probably didn't shoot it for me. Good work overall.
