For some reason I bet that by the time this challenge actually starts, this guy will have been hired somewhere else. I don't expect this photo to do well in the challenge at all, but maybe a few people will get a laugh out of it.

Nice concept but the photo doesn't seem cropped for a magazine cover so it doesn't quite fit the challenge for me. I also think it would have been more effective on a bright, sunny day rather than the overcast.
