I know this photograph won't do well, but I couldn't figure out a better way to portray my corner of the world, Seattle, than rain. And boy did it rain the other day. And when it rains in Seattle, despite our being used to this sort of weather, traffic slows to a crawl. And so I snap pictures.

I like this and hope that you don't get mindless technical critiques. This gives me a clear insight to your corner and I wouldn't change a thing (except the traffic and red lights perhaps!).
I think I would like this better had you used the windehiel wiper, having a clear image of the cars and stop light, but still have water on the sky area.
