Greetings from the Critique Club!
My first impression of this image is that it's chopped off. The crop eliminates the full length of the chimes and has a piece of the puzzle absent. I think the placement in the shot is fine, but without the rest of the length of them, I feel like I'm missing something. The depth of field is good. I'd like to see more depth of color - maybe adjust curves to achieve that. I think showing the entire porch from which its hanging might have evoked more of a sense of your corner of the world, versus just a small element of it. You certainly have the eye, so just keep those images coming! Judy |
