Of all the leaves, I think this is one of my favorites. It's simple, there is enough detail, and it certainly meets the challenge. I don't recognize this type of leaf. What is it??? The composition is good and I like the use of the (green) negative space. the almost diagonal sense of the paint or texture stroke of the green (wall? floor?) adds a bit of texture without making it busy and complicated. The minimalist approach most certainly works here 8 |
