Bet he won't catch anything real soon (may get squashed, though). Good use of blur in the background, it forces the focus to be on the police car.

funny. either tilt the horizon more so it's obvious or straighten it so it doesnt seem like a mistake. needs some levels work too, so that the fg isnt so dark compared to the bg.

I think the illusion would be stronger if you could deepen the DOF or move it bck so the two vehicles (a least) are more equally focussed.

Good use of depth of field. For a more dramatic effect you could have gotten more closer to the toy car (6-7 inches away from the rear end).

Nice angle, kinda cute. Give the little car a shove with a slower sutter speed and we might get a sense that it is moving.

Very creative, and very cool angle. I wish the police car was a little further off-center to really push things further out of perspective. Nice job, though.
