All of your elements lead my eyes to the upper middle, but when my eyes go there it's void and I feel a bit disappointed. Interesting structure though.
This picture would look a little better if you had balanced it symetricaly a little more, just from looking at it you know that from that point of view it would have been balanced on either side... so it's distracting to see it not.
This looks like a fountain at Purdue University to me - you a Boilermaker? Nice pic. Would have been an interesting shot with the colored lights hitting the water.
