Cool.. I like this very much~! Especially the angle on this statue. The background has given me the feeling of 'storming', perhaps the rain was came after the moment?? :D
Nice enough shot but I find the missing hand a big distraction. I like the clouds too, reckon a spot of burning in photoshop might be called for to make them seem even more oppressive.
