Nice picture. I think it would be better if you could see who he is toastin with and that dark area on the bottom left wasn't there. like the blur on the flowers, maybe pull them in a bit more.
This seems to be a snapshot that just about meets the challenge. The head (?) in the bottom left and the vase and flowers are very distracting. The women's dis-embodied arm is almost disturbuing.
Bummer about that head in the lower left as it really takes away from the sweetness of the toast (your main subject). Good concept though. Next time, just politely ask him to duck :-)
I think this would work better if the people making the toast were looking at each other. She doesn't seem to have any connection to him at all, except for her glass. I do not like the head or the flowers in the foreground, and the background seems a little busy.
