Two red gerbera daisies and a couple of stalks of Bells of Ireland that the florist threw in for greens. I had thought of this for birthday but I think the two daisies and the accompanying green accents speaks more of friendship. And I'm sick as a dog so back off! LOL!!!
Post: Crop. Layer adjustments for the levels (low opacity, I think either 25 or 33 %), brightness/contrast (50 or 75 % opacity...been sick...I forgot and I didn't write it down....not that it will matter...flowers...yeesh) and hue saturation (75% opacity??). USM. Border. Resize. USM.

I see lots of flowers against a black background, but these two gerbera daisies really stand out to me. I think the orange frame helps this along with the same color orange. This is tack sharp and the composition is spot on. I love the single stem pushing up and out to give the eye an line to follow in the shot. Great lighting too. This could also work for anniversary as it is two blooms! One of my favorites.
