I like the choic of colors. Its needs a bit more saturation, though. The colors are the star of this shot and should jump out at you more. Maybe move the parsley into the light to bring out the green a bit.
Very good colour balance and lighting, I suspect it would score even higher with the subject a little further right - on the thirds line. Right now it looks a little too centred
