My first reaction was to follow her eyes, but that leads me right out of the photo. It's too bad she wasn't looking into the camera. For me, it would be even better if that distracting tree wasn't in the lower right (hard to help sometimes, I know) I do like her expression - looks like she's having fun.

Height cannot be determined. Was the camera near ground level? Nice photo with excellent color.
