I find that man in bright red distracting, I wish he wasn't there. I'd probably crop off the man in yellow at the edge too. I like the woman sitting on the bench though - she adds some interest to the shot. The soft effect of the water is very nice, as are the colors.
Really beautiful fountain effect and like it alot overall. The red spot of the person's shirt in the background seems a tad too flashy and out of place.
Wonderful image. Little bothered by the red thing by the fountain (a flower?) Maybe your depth of field could have been a little better to blur the background and surrounding people a little more. I think you did a good job on the velvet water. Outside of the challenge I would probably work on cloning out the flower and blurring the people.
