The original shot came out a tad soft so I played with the contrast a bit and got the mood I wanted so that the softness could be incorporated into the picture.

This is honestly one of the more beautiful bee images I have seen here at DPC...I have no idea what people are talking about with the lack of focus...I found this absolutely captivating.
Nice bee! I like the backlighting on this, gives the insect a nice "friendlier" look. Bee is placed at intersection of thirds. Would rate higher but not quite sharp.
