Hello, the reason the ring is backwards is because it is loose on me. It was given to me by my mother-in-law, it belonged to her mother and it has an inscription inside so I didn't want to resize it for my size and loose the inscription and unfortunately, it keeps turning on me. ;-)

next time, remove the ring for the picture. It draws attention away from the bubbles.
