 It was shot during the day (around 4pm) and made a "sunset" shot during convertion from RAW. Jacked up the color temperature as there is no tomorrow :),
then some further color balance tweaking, unsharp mask, neat image, a little cloning out the sensor dust, slight cropping, resize.

Good photo, I like the silouette of the sailboats. Maybe cropping of some of the empty space at the bottom would help.
