 Saw this tramp and his friend having a nap in the park. Nice to see that tramps now have rather nice watches and pushbikes with lights and this guy even had a decent stereo radio.

I don't quite understand your conspiracy, but I do like the social commentary your photo evokes. Nice touch with the hairline bright green border.

I think its a little bit forced into the challenge topic. Technically, its not a bad photo although I think a little more contrast would give it alot more visual interest.
