These are hair gel droplets on a glass pane over balloons and flowers. The bubbles are within the hair gel. Look closely and you will see them too...LOL!!

Great colors,,, may have worked a little better if you shot the flash from underneath / behind,,, I can see the reflection on the pane,,, good luck

I like the colors a lot, but they look more like water droplets than bubbles to me.
