Very bright, very symmetrical (but not so much so that it's boring), good composition. However, whistles not being blown do less to evoke sound for me than something actively producing sound would, so while it does fit the challenge it doesn't do so as intently as I prefer.
A nice image - perhaps a little bright on the background. As with other submissions, though, this image is about potential for sound, not any actual sound already happening.
