Very nice bridge, but it suffers from a lack of interesting light. You might consider returning to the area at dawn/dusk and trying for a reshoot. I think the results would be worth it.
This would have been an amazing shot if it was taken closer to the boards by the fence on either side. You would have gotten a lot of perspective with that. And it would have been a favorite if you converted to high contrast and B&W.
Nice lighting and meets the challenge for sure. I probably would have cropped out the person in the distance...you'd have lost some of the bridge but I find they kind of ruin the shot for me.
