This was taken on the main northern line in Wyong Nsw Australia. I had to be quick to avoid being splattered by one of the many trains that use this line. The lengths one goes to enter a photo competition,,HA HA

I like the shine on the rail vs. the complexity of the rocks in the foreground - however, I would have tried for more focus that close to the ground.

Good idea. I think you got a little too close to the rail and lost more of the tracks that the image follows. The line of the rail dominates wihout leading me someplace other than the horizon.

wow--great perspective on track and cool reflection of rail--too bad you couldn't get more of the tree reflection on rail--good work
