Nice portrait entry. I like the soft...dreamy kind of look...although the side of his face seems to have a....gray line to it...possibly from a photo editing program? This is a good shot to cherish in the years to come. :-)
the boy's face on his right side where the skin meets the green background looks like you over processed somehow, maybe smoothing or adding a glow. Nice even lighting, only area not well lit was from below (cloudy days are great for even lighting).
Over did the neat image to the forehead and made his hair look blurred. It also looks like you tried to sharpen it after the smoothing, especially on the edge. Great look, model and pose, just a little too unnatural.
