The shot is very nice, and framed decently, though I would've gotten lower to the ground to get the top left triangle out of frame.

Nice angle, DOF and composition. Would've been better if you hadn't cut the corner of the mud flap.

I kind of like the gritty feel of this photograph. Not much I could suggest to make it a technically better shot. I might have tried cropping it a little closer to the rear with less of the front of the truck showing.

This, to me, is a rather uninteresting photo... I would have attempted to find something that was a little more 'high impact' for this challenge.. The color range here is quite flat. The underside of the truck trailer showing in the upper left corner is a little out of place as well...
