A seed germinated on a stone ledge on the third floor of our house. I noticed it a few weeks ago. Am not sure what type of tree it is. I am curious to see how long it could last there! It was pretty precarious hanging out of the window, trying to get everything straight and in focus. I tried to get rid of the white stripe (which is a windowsill) but it proved impossible while retaining the shape of the plant.

A better shot if taken from the opposite side without the downspout distracting the shot, unless that side's even busier of course. Would havve scored this a lot higher without that interruption.
