i really like thois photo. the lighting is fantastic and the black and white is wonderful also. i LOVE the graffiti on it (poor tree, but it looks great in the photo). i like how all the graffiti is really dark, it stands out and creates good contrast.
Novel take on the tree theme, and the lighting makes a strong form.A small point though, it looks more like a tree trunk than a branch, but with such a close crop I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
This is definitely in my top six in this challenge. The highlight top left bothers me a little but I can forget that because of the great lighting and textures.
I hope this shot does as well as it deserves. The composition is amazing and really holds my attention. Great Idea....great job doing it in B/W. Just love it.
