8 going on 18! Nice photo, nicely lit, captured, and presented. Composition is wonderful. Catching this particular expression on her face was a gift. Pretty girl. Hope it ribbons.
The eyes and shirt are so white that I would have whitened the model's teeth a little and toned down the shirts blown out whites. But this is my only nit. Everything else is great: pose, expression, composition. Very beautiful model. She seems to like modeling, too.
The first thing I noticed was the whites of her eyes, her teeth and her shirt. All well contrasted by the black background. I like the bits of flying hair too. The eyes seem a bit...strange or out of focus, can't put my finger on it, but nicely done overall.

Wonderful capture of the colors in her hari, and face. All of that against the black background make for a very outstanding image. Beautiful child. She has lovely eyes and hair. Nice lighting, but I think the white t-sirt has reflected a bit too much light back onto her face. Love the way her hair is blowing in the wind.

Very nice, bright cheerful girl. Nice choice for the white t-shirt on her, it goes well with the background and blonde hair. Like the motion in her hair and her head to one side. You might get some complaints that the eyes are whitened too much, but it isn't too bad.

I like the coy expression. Her cocked head adds a cuteness. Her smile is adorable. I like her hair having the windblowh sense to it. I also like that you used a landscape layout. The black background is a nice backdrop to her face and the white tee shirt. Nice skin tones as well. Crystal clear eyes. Not too much post processing is evident.
