Talk about color! The colors here are very nice. The image is clean and very crisp. Focus is good and the composition is great! The brightness on one side doesn't even hurt it that much as it presents a nice contrast to the other with the dark center. Nice shot! Love the flames!
I don't know that this was a strong entry for high contrast, but as a photo in its own right, I really like this! I like hot air balloon shots, and you found a great pattern on this one for this angle. Having the flame adds even more interest. Very nice.
As many of the previous comments have stated - this is a really cool idea for the challenge. Very pleasing to look at with all the colors and all. Although the focus is a bit soft, this does not bother me as I get the feeling of motion. The upper right hand side of the image is a bit over exposed - that would be the only thing I would have liked to see corrected. Very nice shot.

Nice use of color, lines, and repitition. A very visually pleasing photo. My only gripe is the harshe lighting at the top and right of the photo, but other than that a great photo.
Fabulous. Great take on the challenge, pity they didn't sew those panels in a slightly different order specially for this challenge but you cant have everything.
wow, great shot all around. the only problem is the top right hand corner, color higlights are blown out. the fire and the reast of the shot is wonderful though. I'm going with a big 8 here
