this is a pretty cool shot, clear and the shoes are funky. the angle makes them look huge too. i would have scored at higher than what it got.

Nice shoes, I like that you came in close on them but I think you got just a little too much leg becasue it pulls your eyes up and away from your main subject , the shoes. Try cropping it at the bottom of the calf and look how all your attention goes back to the shoes.

interesting angle, I would like to have seen the proprotion of the leg be either 2/3 or 2/3 of the photo and not almost 1/2
