A very sunny day, it looks like. I understand that the brightness may be deliberate -- the whites almost wash out. If the greens could have been sharper or greener, that would have been an awesome effect.
The rearview blocking out most of the road, I'd try a different angle. Your image is really bright and washed out too -- try a higher F stop (aperture) or faster shutter speed.
Unfortunately, you had quite a range of light and shade to deal with with this shot - as a result, the light is a little too blown out. I also noticed that you saved your file very small, maybe if you saved it bigger, you could get it a little crisper.
