Nice simple composition, and the overexposure making the soles and heels bleed into the background really helps to focus on the subject and nothing else: the rip in the shoes. Well picked out.
I'm not really sure that I like the effect applied here. Whatever it was that was done to this photo has left pink and blue blotchy areas on the shoes. I think the lighting makes the photo interesting, but I think the shadow between the shoes is a distraction. Focus seems ok, although hard to tell with the effect. Very interesting shoes though.
