This is what we used to call loop-de-loop as a kid. I think they call it rotator now. Taken at Lakeside Amusement Park in Denver.
I added a 3 stop ND filter to increase the exposure time to 30 seconds.

Nice long exposure. Not much noise in the background, and a very striking photo.

Is this sparklers??? Love the neon blue and the topsy turvy feel of it. Maybe have a bit more negative space to one side.

Kind of a stretch and composition is forced. was there something at the bottom here you didn't want us to see?

That's not exactly a "D & L" title, but since you made up for it with and extra "D" and an extra "L" I guess its ok this time. Nice photo.

Interesting photo, but... I don't want to punish anyone for there title, and I'm not going to here, but at the same time I think the title is a distracting mess of words that only loosely adheres to the challenge. Sorry to be so blunt.
Very interesting photo to look at. I find myself wanting to see the bottom of the vertical disk completely, but I imagine the background would dramatically take away from the image itself, so I understand the choice. Nicely done, great color. 6.
