Yes, Zoomdak is no longer at the beach and at college inland (so no more beachs for a while). And that is the inside joke I'm aiming at (was my dad's crazy idea for this title though I'll probably be slaughtered for it). Going with seven 10 votes, and ten 1s. The other title I thought of was Devine and Luring, which fits the challenge better (and would easily be a higher score), but this was too good of an idea.

I had commented briefly on the photograph during the challenge, but I'll elaborate on it at this time. Overall, I find the image very pleasing to the eye. The colors are complimentary as blues and browns work well without being too contrasting, yet having enough variation in tonal quality to really work well together. My one criticism would be that there is possibly too much dark foreground. I think part of it could have been eliminated so that the brighter more interesting area in the back could be showcased a bit better. The sky and clouds are well captured along with the stillness of the water. The overall mood is serene and knowing that you will miss this area, a sense of forelorn is there as well. Best wishes at school and hopefully when you return here, you'll appreciate it all the more. Take care, Judy
the journey begins, Zoomdak...enjoy every moment.
This image has good contrasts, love the sky and darkness of foreground...isn't this a different perspective of your beach from here? You're usually closer to those imposing rocks.
omg, i love this photo~! and the title, omg, i love it, gave me my laugh for the day~! You made your photo, then made it work in the challenge~! OMG, I LOVE IT~! if anyone gives you critisism for your title... SEND THEM TOO ME~! it compleatly works~! great job~! really great job~!
I do not like the title for this challenge. It just seems contrived to match the challenge instructions. With that said, I love this picture. It's one of my 10 favorites. I love the colors and the overall feel. 8
Is this one last hoorah at this beach before you move outta town? I gotta say that the title stretches it a bit for anybody that doesn't understand the reason behind it (I mean.. this must be Zoomdak, right?)
