Good lighting - I would have liked to see the cow's head framed in the fence, instead of the line cutting right through her middle.

IMHO the fence in hte foreground is distracting and the image looks oversharppened.6

I find the foreground fence a bit distracting, but I really like the sun and the way it's hitting the cow. I wonder if this would have worked better if you were able to crop closer into the cow? Nice job.
