Nice idea. this image looks kind of boring though, the pill is just sitting there. Maybe if you put it in the crease of the fingers instead of the palm so that more lines and patterns could add to the image. Good job.
The concept is a little predictable, but out of all the 'pill' images this one is by far the best. It's simple, the choice of a b&w hand with the very vibrant blue pill has impact. The central composition of the pill makes it demand your attention.
As a de-saturated photo this is OK - but the absolutely head-on lighting doesn't help you for me: I'd like to see some shape to the pill, it could almost be a cardboard cut-out here. The contrast of texture could also be brought out more - which would make an interesting parallel with a real and constructed world.
