This photo was taken in Fiji near the Island of Waya Lailai. We were on a fishing trip (using very basic fishing methods) while this elderly fisherman canoed past us. I had lived on the water for a year, and had never seen the ocean waves quite like this. It is days like this that become the reasons for my obsession with traveling.
