Taken at a bar in downtown san jose. Thanks to KG for driving me there. He had some really good ones from that day - dont know why he didnt enter.
I kept shooting, took about 200 snaps without flash. After discarding blurred or underexposed, left with 40. After elminating non-DPC worthy, left with 4. This was the best of the lot.

I think this would have worked better if he was much tighter against the right edge of the frame. It just seems to centred here which comes across as unimaginative. A nice moment with an effective expression. Some good colours. A shame about the noise levels and lack of clarity, although you've certainly made a good effort at getting sharpness in PP!
