Neat perspective, but the lighting kind of ruins the shot for me. The flash has cast harsh light on the top of the head, making it excessively bright. My eyes go first to the scalp instead of the main subject, which is the hands playing the piano. I'd try using more ambient light next time.
If this was live music and I was in the audience, I would be bothered by this obtrusive photographer. Your light source has overexposed the performer's head, turning this into a snapshot. White balance seems off... everything is too blue. Keyboard doesn't look deliberately wonky.
