I think this has great lines and symmetry. I also really like the blues in the shot. I'm not crazy about the red overtones though. You've got great detail in the red portions of the building and the clouds of the sky, so I would try to capitalize on all of those elements.
The lines are excellent but I feel this is also shifted to the red a little. I would clone out the crosswalk sign to further mirroring of right to left. Good composition.
