I like the colors and the composition, but this picture doesn't quite 'pop' for me. Some combination of focus and lack-of-a-focus-of-attention, I suppose. It's about the light-flare, of course, but once I'd looked at the bright spot and the rays and the pretty scallops in the rays, my eyes dropped onto the tree and kind of blinked at it, as if to ask, "Is this all there is?" 7. |
