I love iris, and this is a nice shot of one. My grandfather used to hybridize iris and won many awards. i don't think you need the water droplets for this one. I love the soft, gentle feel to the image.
One of my favourites this week. Good composition and the colors are perfect. So is focus and the cropping. Meets the challenge very well. Well done and good luck!
Really a pity how many people chose a flower to demonstrate this, as it slightly takes away from this. I like this nice, water-flecked shot. The color contrast of the complementary colours is strong, and it's a gorgeous-looking flower. The flaw is that the blurred background keeps drawing my eye despite the good center placement of the rest -- maybe a slightly closer crop would have been better.
