would have recommended you take this in early morning or late afternoon for a raking light effect. The stone cross is being hit with strong lighing making it blend into the brighlty lit trees. The sky appears blown out.
great composition, good shot, nice focus, too exposed/washed out...toward back. Would also be nice to see greener greens. Perhaps submit this to Heida's Post-Production II thread.
While I understand and agree with your social commentary about affluence, the challenge topic is affluence and as such your image does not meet the challenge in my opinion.
This image seems a little light. Darkening may also add a slightly somber mood. I love the subject and the contrast between the graves. Wonderful idea for this challenge. 9.
I really like this.It gives you alot to think about and you captured it well.Your title fits it perfect.Some are pictures and some are art.To me this is art!
