 placed compass upside down on glass plate with my hand underneath the glass. Compass was steady and hand wabbled.

cropped, selective median, blurred out pixelation in lower lefthand corner and area left of thumb

Hmmm.. This doesn't really intrigue the viewer but maybe it's just mee. I like the subtle light but it's probably TOO dark to really grab ya. Hmmmm Hope this is a helpful critique.

In my opinion this has a last minute or rushed feel to it. As interesting as the shot is it is not a shot I'd hang on a wall. I also find there is a lot of noise in the photo that could have been eliminated with different settings perhaps. Good luck in this challenge. <5>
