I love the three stages of blur ... the people are moving fastest and so blur the most, then there's the upper part of the structure with "medium" blur, and finally the relatively stationary pedestal part with minimal blur. Great colors. I'm not fond of the image because it looks to busy with the feris wheel but a great photo overall. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <7>
I think if you had had a tighter crop on the swings and the edge of the disk this shot could have been more dramatic - say the rightmost third of the image, stopping above the tent top. I like how a number of the swingers are fairly clear as it adds interest.
