In my opinion if you'd left the boat out, it would've been a much stronger photo. Now my eyes are drawn to the boat constantly, wich is not made of wood. 5

This is quite nice. Maybe I'd like it if the boat weren't dead centered, but the white of it against the gray sand and the black of the piers is a nice contrast. I like the birds perched atop some of them. The mast mimics the linear quality of the pier beams and the chain is perfectly parallel to the line of the boat. Overall: Nice one!!
