I like the lens flare, too. Maybe you could push it? I have a plugin for photoshop which creates them. Handy to add one or two flares :)

I love the sense of perspective in this shot. The lines really add to that, giving it a cool abstract feel that would've been (in my opinion -- sorry!) enhanced by not having the lens flare. But I can dig the lens flare, too. ;)
