 The Hardknott Pass road, with a gradient of 1 in 3 is a steep, narrow and winding switchback road. As difficult as the drive to the pass is, the views from it are unforgettable.

Ohmy!! This is a one in a million capture! WOW! I have the hardest time getting rainbows to show up on my photos, so I'm especially impressed with this one!

A great image with or without the rainbow..although I do think that it adds that extra bit of impact.

I get a good feel for the area from this pic.
