too small (you dont know how to edit your shots!!) and completely unrelated to the challenge. why are you wasting people's time? 1 is still a compliment for this shot.
I wish this were larger. If I could see it more clearly it might be that there would be a stronger connection to the challenge (you might want to use your title if the connection isn't obvious), or a more interesting image. The lights look like they might be beautiful.
Ahh, the memories of the Schuylkill. I rowed up there every year in the Stotesbury Cup back in my high school days. It's a nice photo, albeit not seemingly related to the challenge.
