Whilst out walking at a river near me i was struck by this lone rock in a fast flowing river. I was thinking the contrast between the textures of the moss on the rock and the smooth water from long exposure would result in a simple but peaceful photograph.

Nice contrast in textures -- peaceful serene scene -- i would have (maybe) liked it better with the rock off center with the river flowing away from it or toward it
Cropping out the bank would have made this image almost float in a pool of primordial fog. I think it would have definitely given this image a lot more impact. After all the texture is the moss on the stone in contrast to the incredible softness of the water.
