Not a bad idea but the flower center isn´t in focus and that doesn´t really seem right for me, other than that pretty good.

I really like the fact that the flower isn't the prominent thing.. The right-corner reveal gives it a worshipful praisful quality that really works... Great job... Next time try for a better focus there on the flower though.

I think a larger DOF would improve this shot. That way both the petals and the stigma/stamen would both be in sharp focus allowing the viewer to see the contrast in texture between the two. Nice composition and exposure (5)

the center of the daisy (where the texture lies) I think needs to be sharper. Otherwise a good start
